Products

Are the items in your store limited edition?

Yes, indeed, some articles in our
shop are limited edition. This means they will only be available for a specific period of time or while stocks last. However, we also offer other products that are
permanently on sale:

  • Premium Caucasian Jersey Hijab,
  • Caucasian Jersey Balaclava
  • Mesh balaclava,
  • Silk organza.

Can an item sold in one copy only reappear?

Some scarves, offered as unique pieces, may exceptionally be put back on sale. A rare event, which
preserves their exclusive character.

How do I care for my scarves?

A Maintenance section is available under each product sheet to help you.

Why do some scarves have tags and others don't?

Some scarves received may not have a sales tag.

This is completely normal: some models are sent to us directly without a label by our suppliers.

Rest assured, all the products we offer are brand new.

Is it possible to purchase your items in bulk or for special events?

Can I change my order after placing it?

If you have made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form or by email at mycrownfrance@gmail.com

I haven't received my order confirmation, what should I do?

If you haven't received a confirmation email within the hour, check your spam folder. Otherwise, contact us directly with your name and the email address you used when ordering.

How long does it take to process an order?

Each order is carefully prepared and shipped within 48 hours.

Delivery

What delivery methods are available?

We offer several delivery options, including Colissimo , Mondial Relay , and Chronopost for express shipping. You can choose your delivery method during checkout.

What are the delivery times?

Metropolitan France : 2 to 4 working days with Colissimo, 3 to 5 days with Mondial Relay, 24 to 48 hours with Chronopost.

Europe : 4 to 7 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on periods of activity.

What are the delivery costs?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the destination (France/Europe, Relay Point, or Home). They are clearly displayed when you finalize your purchase.

What should I do if I haven't received my package?

If the tracking indicates that the package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us promptly. We will open an investigation with the carrier to find a solution.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, but maybe soon!

We currently only ship to France and select European countries, but international shipping is on our agenda. Stay tuned, great things are coming 🌍✨

Return & Refund

Are returns free?

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a proven defect in the item.

How long do I have to request a return?

All return requests must be made within 5 working days of receiving your order.

Email us at mycrownfrance@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and attach photos of the product if necessary. We will respond as soon as possible.

When will I be reimbursed?

If your return is accepted, the refund will be made within 5 to 10 working days after receipt and verification of the returned product.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we do not offer standard exchanges. If a return is accepted, you will be able to reorder another model available online.

Are sale items refundable?

No, sale or promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.
